Action Auctions
Website
Action Auctions is a full service auction company, serving Northern New England since 1987. The company's reputation for experience, professionalism, and attention to detail has resulted in the successful sale of millions of dollars of real estate. Action Auctions has been considered a qualified auction company for lending institutions, attorneys, corporations, RECOLL, court appointed trustees, FDIC, developers, private individuals, and the RTC. Walter H. Liff President/Auctioneer | Highest Credentials Obtainable Walter Liff, President, is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer in New Hampshire and Maine. He is certified as an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) and he has earned the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation, the highest designation obtainable in the auction industry. The CAI designation recognizes a level of excellence in auctioneers who are able to meet and maintain the high standards set by the Auction Marketing Institute (AMI). He is also a member of the National Auctioneers Association, (NAA), the New Hampshire Auctioneers Association (NHAA), and the Maine Auctioneers Association (MAA). Walter brings a unique blend of talent and knowledge to each auction project. His professional approach, coupled with his dedication and enthusiasm is evident from the first proposal submitted to you through the final summary report. Add to this a unique upbeat auction chant and you will see how he has successfully sold millions of dollars in properties throughout New England. | Excellent Record of 3rd Party Sales During the past 19 years, Action Auctions has sold 93% of the real estate auctioned to Third Party Buyers. In addition, the dynamic marketing and selling approaches utilized by Action Auctions have prompted bidders to pay more than the assessed or appraised value of a property on a consistent basis. | | Extreme Attention to Detail Action Auctions takes care of the details so you won't have to. We know the laws associated with real estate auctions, and we know the potential pitfalls to avoid when dealing with particular types of real estate. The company's detailed paper trail has been used by banks and attorneys to successfully prevent attempts to enjoin a scheduled auction on a number of occasions. Their in-depth summary reports have been used in court to prove a commercially reasonable sale took place, and also to obtain deficiencies from the mortgagors. In one case, this amounted to a 2.55 million dollar judgment for their client. | On-Site Mobile OfficeThe 27' self contained unit provides clients with privacy, convenience, and weather protection while at the auction site. It can be used for bidder registration, pre-auction conferences, convenient restroom access, and signing of the Purchase and Sales Agreement. | 27' Self Contained Mobile Office |
In-Depth Knowledge and ExperienceKeeping a constant pulse on the real estate market, along with continued and consistent education in all aspects of real estate law, environmental issues, auction and foreclosure law, and state required disclosures; all give Action Auctions an important edge in marketing any property in a manner that eliminates potential problem areas before they become an issue. This produces confident bidders who are ready to pay top dollar for a given property.

Freelancers Union
Website
Freelancers Union is a national nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that represents the needs and concerns of America’s growing independent workforce through advocacy, information and service. Independent workers—freelancers, consultants, independent contractors, temps, part-timers, contingent employees and the self-employed—currently make up about 30% of the nation’s workforce. We exist because we believe that freelancers can help each other. Whether it’s forming a group to get a lower rate on insurance, or answering each other’s professional questions, everyone does better through cooperation. By coming together in Freelancers Union, independent workers also achieve visibility. The organization works to educate policymakers and the public about the needs of freelancers. We advocate for policy changes, and through our surveys, we do research on the independent workforce that no one else is doing. Now, we’re helping freelancers to come together in a nationwide online community to find work and share their knowledge. We offer life, disability, and dental insurance throughout the U.S., and health insurance in 31 states. History In 1995, Sara Horowitz, a former labor lawyer, founded Working Today to meet the needs of the new, independent workforce. In 2001, Working Today launched the Portable Benefits Network (PBN), to deliver benefits to independent workers in New York City's Silicon Alley. In May 2003, the PBN was renamed Freelancers Union to better reflect the ideas that guide us and all of the services we offer – benefits, resources, and advocacy. Freelancers Union has received grants and other support from both the State and City of New York, as well as from leading foundations, including the Ford Foundation, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, J.P. Morgan Chase, the New York Community Trust, United Hospital Fund, the Rockefeller Family Fund, and others.

Website
Woodbury Personnel was founded in 1976 and is staffed with counselors who are specialists each with an expertise and market awareness in one concentrated field. This specialization assures you of a thorough knowledge of your requirements and total dedication. The search process at Woodbury Personnel begins with an in depth discussion with the client to develop an understanding of the specific position requirements, product lines and corporate personality. Once the needs and requirements of the position are determined, a recruiting plan is developed which involves both a file search and a name gathering/sourcing process to determine potential candidates for the assignment. Each candidate will then be contacted through a direct telephone approach to qualify their professional, educational, and personal qualifications for the position as well as to determine their motivations to make a job change. A personal interview is then arranged to further assess the individual's strengths and qualifications. References are checked to verify the responsibility, accomplishments, education and salary history for those candidates meeting the criteria for the search assignment. Woodbury is dedicated to filling job openings and finding positions for people regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, marital status, age or physical handicap. In an effort to provide quality customer service, Woodbury accurately determines the clients' and candidates' needs, and conducts a search with complete confidentiality and tireless dedication. We maintain an outstanding referral-to-hire ratio and keep the clients' and candidates' time investment to a minimum. Throughout the placement process, Woodbury provides continuous, productive follow-ups regarding the progress of the search. In short, our goal is always to put the clients' and candidates' best interest first and to strive to develop a long-term relationship built on trust and satisfaction.
